本日の気づき<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1.ドライバーを打つとアイアンが乱れる。逆は大丈夫。なぜだ？上げる位置？
2.身体が右側に傾きがち。少し左重心気味のイメージの方が良いかも
3.片手打ちを後からやったor見直したせいか最初不調www
4.ドライバーは良好！
5.メトロノームは次回にしますた。
6.足踏みは球筋云々よりも先ずは体重移動に意識を向けた方が良いかも<\/p>\n\n\n\n

次回に向けた課題<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1.左片手打ちを特訓。ビデオも見返す。
2.ドライバーとアイアンの違いを体得するー。
3.片手打ちから始めよう。
