ゴルフ肘の痛みが寝起きとかに出るんだけど、動き始めるとかなり緩和する。
腰痛等の際に「大事にしすぎるのも良くない」と言われるけど、感覚的には一理あるように思う。
もちろん、本当にダメなときは安静にしなくてはいけないんだけど、身体が発するアラームは結構大袈裟なんじゃないかと。。。
人の身体は意外と強いし、人の心はサボるのが大好きなんじゃないか。。。(笑)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ハナシを戻すと、安静にしすぎると筋肉が萎縮して更に悪くなるみたいな理屈なんじゃないかなぁ。
分らんけどーーー。
