本日の気づき<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1.逆手打ちが不調。腕の三角形<\/strong>が出来ていなかったことが原因。明日は注意する。
2.逆手打ちはボディターンの練習なので手首は固定<\/strong>。腕の三角形を保持<\/strong>したままボディターンで打つ<\/strong>ことに集中する。
2.2回打ちでは身体を向ける方向に注意。
3.左片手打ちのハーフが絶不調である。次は手首の使い方、体幹の回し方、前傾姿勢(猫背にならない)に注意。
4.長いクラブでは当たるけど方向性がバラバラ。
5.メトロノームは次回にしますた。
6.結論としては、体幹の回し方とウデあるいは手首に問題がありそうな気がする。<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.腕の三角形+体幹の回し方を集中的にやる！！
