本日の気づき<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1.逆手打ちでは、腕の三角形を保持しつつボディターンを十分に活かす練習として行うと良い。
2.腕の三角キープとボディーターンはフォーム改善のメインテーマ。2度打ちでも意識するべき。
※ドライバーが比較的好調だったのは、三角形キープが出来ていたからだと思う。<\/strong>
2.片手打ちは低く遠くへ引くことが大切。
3.調子が崩れたときのチェックポイント
(1)前傾姿勢
(2)猫背
(3)手首
(4)スイングスピード⇒基本速いとダメ。
(5)ダウンスイングでの右肘の向き
4.今日は、スイング修正中の為、当たりはあまり良くなかったが改善に向かっているため良しとしよう。<\/p>\n\n\n\n
