今日、練習していて突然調子が崩れた。んで、取り戻すのにかなり苦しんだーーー。
調子が崩れたきっかけは、左にズレる癖があったので直すべく右手をかぶせ目にグリップしたことだと思う。
ゴルフって、体の各部が精密に連携して球を飛ばすので、一つを変えるとあちこちに影響が出てくる。
最初はよかったんだけど、途中から崩れてきた。。。。<\/p>\n\n\n\n
原因を探すのに試行錯誤。。。
結局、 テイクバック の初動に問題がありそうだという事が分かった。引いたときに身体の後ろにクラブが行っちゃってんの。修正方法としては、 ビジネスゾーン をシッカリやると良いかなぁ。。。。<\/p>\n\n\n\n
思ったのは、問題点を探すとき、流れを分解してひとつづつ切り分けていくと良いかも。
スイングであれば、 ショート・スイング ⇒ ビジネスゾーン ⇒ ハーフ・スイング ⇒ フル・スイング みたいに。
今回は、ショートではまあ当たるんだけど、ハーフで駄目になる。
ならば、その中間のビジネスゾーンに問題があるんだろうなと言う切り分け方ね。<\/p>\n\n\n\n
