もしかしたら、ゴルフの練習の本質は力の抜き方を入れることかもしれない。
今日のトレーニング日誌に書いたけど、試行錯誤の結果、復調の兆しを感じたのが力を抜いた打ち方。
こんにゃく打法みたいな。。。(笑)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ただ、何でもかんでも脱力すればいいのかと言うと、血がいそうな雰囲気。
無駄なところに力を入れず脱力するというのが正解かつ明日以降の練習テーマになる気がする。<\/p>\n\n\n\n

でも、やはり、イチローの言葉は正しいかも。
スランプの対策は対策しない事だ。辛いけれど続けてくださいってやつね。
今日も、本当は練習を休もうと思ったんだが、結局午前零時までやっちゃった。。。。<\/p>\n\n\n\n
