この一か月ほど、右手前腕に痛みが走っている。
どうやらゴルフ肘になったようだ。<\/p>\n\n\n\n

肘と言うから本当に関節部分が痛いのかと思ったらどうやら違うらしい。。。
ワイの場合、前腕部外側と手首の甲側が痛い。<\/p>\n\n\n\n

まあ、この程度の故障ならば治せば良いという事なんだが、治し方にもいろいろあると思う。
いくつか有望な選択肢がある。<\/p>\n\n\n\n

１．鍼灸整体<\/p>\n\n\n\n

こちらは、腰痛に悩んでいたころから定番の治し方。
整体よりも、鍼灸の方が効果があると感じる。
ただし、外科的治療ではないので、治り方は様々。
先ず、好転反応について理解しておいた方が良い。つまり、施術後一旦、症状が悪化したように見える。しかし、暫く時間を置くと快方に向かうという流れ。あと、急に良くなるのではなく、徐々に快方に向かい、後から考えれば施術がきっかけになったという治り方もある。
いずれにせよ、かなり良い選択し<\/p>\n\n\n\n

２．自己ストレッチ等<\/p>\n\n\n\n

快方に向かうためには鍼灸整体に一度は行く必要があるが、その後の日常的なメンテナンスは自分でもできると思う。
ゴルフ肘やバネ指に悩む人は多いみたいで、Youtubeを調べるとたくさんコンテンツが出ている。自分の症状にあわせて使うと良い感じです。<\/p>\n\n\n\n

３．アイシング<\/p>\n\n\n\n

地味に効果がある。
けがの救急処置にRICEと言うキーワードがある。Rest(安静)、Icing(冷やす)、Compression(圧迫)、Elevation(拳上)だ。このうちのIcingのこと。ゴルフ肘なんかも、血が出るわけではないが筋肉が痛んでいるわけで、ケガみたいなものだから、これを応用できる。
練習の後なんかに、コンビニに売っている水割り用の氷をアイスバックに入れて患部を冷やすと大分いい感じでその後の回復が早い。<\/p>\n\n\n\n

もちろん、全く動かさずに安静を保つのが回復と言う観点からするとベストなんだろうけれども、回復を待っていると一か月とか二か月過ぎちゃうので、だましだまし練習を続けざるを得ないのが実態。本当に悪くなったら仕方がないけれど。。。<\/p>\n\n\n\n
